Parsley Salad

1 bunch parsley sprig tops chopped (4 oz.)
juice of 1 lime or 2 Tbls. raw apple cider vinegar
3 cloves raw garlic chopped
1 Tbls. sugar
1 Tbls. raw sesame seeds

Toss and chill. Better the next day.

parsley, 10 calories/oz.  
lime juice, 5 calories/Tbls.
garlic, 10 calories/clove
sugar, 50 calories/Tbls.
sesame seeds,  50 calories/Tbls.
