Oils for Salves

We actually have 8 different 'flavors' of lip balm, one is totally unflavored/unscented. http://www.beenaturals.com/lipbalm.aspx

May I suggest a couple of things that may be good alternatives to mink oil? Squalane (olive derived) or jojoba.  Both are very close to natural sebum and extremely beneficial to the skin; both are expensive, too.  I love comfrey and use it along with calendula and arnica in our natural, Herbal Antiseptic Ointment.

As an alternative to lanolin you might want to consider either cocoa butter, vegetable stearic acid or my personal favorite, virgin coconut oil.  They're not quite as tenaciously sticky and persistent as lanolin, but if you increase the amount of beeswax to compensate, you'll get close in consistency and staying power.
