Pudding

1 cup milk

2 TBLS. corn starch

4 tsp. sugar (try jam, maple syrup)

1 tsp. vanilla

½ pinch salt


optional: dash tumeric for color

       1 T. cashew butter for richness


Pudding will eventually separate stored in the refrigerator.  When that happens you can add 1/4 cup old fashioned oats per 6 ounce serving, refrigerate overnight.
